About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Educator and Community Builder to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. They will implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child and support their centers success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a world-class experience in our classrooms by implementing KinderCare's curriculum and meeting the unique needs of each child.
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Promote positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
  • Cultivate a culture of inclusion and respect within the center and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children and see and hear well enough to keep children safe.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
