Key Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Support Liaison for our accounts, your duties will encompass the following:

  • Serve as the main point of contact via Phone, Outlook, and Salesforce between our Cardiac Technicians and external cardiac accounts, including healthcare facilities and medical professionals.
  • Communicate ECG irregularities effectively by following physician notification protocols and alerting physicians/clinical staff as necessary.
  • Conduct account follow-ups to gather additional clinical details, such as pacemaker settings and contact information for cardiac clinicians.
  • Utilize clinical case management systems to respond, take action, and update case statuses.
  • Confirm process notification MDN criteria and ensure report completeness.
  • Promote communication with internal partners (e.g., cardiac technicians) and external clients (e.g., healthcare facilities and medical professionals).
  • Achieve or surpass the established performance metrics for the role, focusing on both productivity and quality of managed cases.
  • Comply with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
  • Maintain adherence to job-specific proficiency requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:
We seek candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • An associate degree with at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience in a call center OR a high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center, ideally within the medical sector.
  • Availability for in-office attendance as required.
  • Willingness to work every other Saturday.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with EKG interpretation.
  • Proficient in medical terminology.
  • Technical skills with case management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Customer-centric approach, showcasing professionalism in challenging interactions via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with independent thinking and sound judgment.
  • Engaged and motivated, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and patients.
  • Positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
