Job Title: Clinical Specialist II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist II to join our team at Canon Recruiting Group. As a Clinical Specialist II, you will be responsible for promoting company products within a defined geographic territory. This will be accomplished by product, procedure, competitor, and market knowledge, leading to increased usage of company products within current accounts to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and directly increase the company's sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing a proactive regional plan involving clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and improve customer service quality.

Effectively partner with colleagues to develop and execute territory strategies.

Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training. Evaluate, Educate, and hold HCPs accountable for the correct use of CVI products.

Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms. Provide supplemental training support during product launches and for high-touch specialty products.

Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation using corporate-issued tracking procedures and seek input from appropriate personnel to resolve problems.

Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.

Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience assisting in performing ablations in the Superficial Venous Space

Problem-solving and the ability to be coached and directed by other teammates for productive collaboration.

Must demonstrate proven ability to work independently; must be a self-starter

Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

RVS or RVT Certification

Working Conditions:

May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.

The ability to lift up to 30lbs
