Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and utilizing our proprietary selling process to drive sales and meet or exceed key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, provide outstanding service, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our entire product line.
- Sales: Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs, demonstrate products, and close sales.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
- Marketing and Promotions: Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates, in accordance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with store management to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service, including order management.
- Store Standards: Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety, in accordance with company operating policies and procedures.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
- Results-Driven: Must be results-driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
- Time Management: Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
- Communication: Must have superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and be able to listen effectively to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service: Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
- Teamwork: Must work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external, with dignity and respect at all times.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency required in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competitive Pay: Associate pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
