We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our Space Systems Engineering and Operations (SSEO) division by overseeing and delivering high-quality documentation, processes, tools, and training. In this capacity, you will collaborate with various teams within SSEO to ensure operational alignment and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold a Mission Assurance program in accordance with Intelsat's Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • Assess operational efficiency and effectiveness through the monitoring of key performance metrics
  • Analyze and refine practices, procedures, and policies to mitigate risks
  • Lead Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) evaluations and implement corrective measures
  • Create and deliver comprehensive procedures, processes, and training initiatives
  • Implement change management protocols to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Organize drills and training sessions to maintain team preparedness
  • Assist management in conveying satellite health and risk evaluations
  • Design and assess workflows to ensure safe operational practices
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to promote best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in drafting specifications and aiding in contract formulation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is between $98,000 and $130,000 annually.
