About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Geographic Account Developer to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing customer relationships within your assigned geographic territory.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service will be essential in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Buid and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Present CPI training programs and products to potential customers
  • Meet or exceed sales performance targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • $50,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Average first-year earnings of $65,000 - $80,000
  • On-target earnings of $87,500 (base + commissions)
