In this role, you will interact with various levels of management, as well as both internal and external stakeholders, to facilitate a range of engaging and evolving programs. You will provide support for the security initiatives in Burlington and Lexington, MA, and be accountable for ensuring compliance with all facets of a stringent security program as dictated by applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Due to the necessity for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all duties onsite, this position is designated as full-time on-site. This entails conducting all work at a BAE Systems facility.

Key Responsibilities

+ Safeguard the overall security and safety of the facility, encompassing physical security measures, access control, and surveillance systems.

+ Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with governmental, customer, and BAE Systems regulations.

+ Act as an integral member of the site Incident Management Team (IMT); execute emergency response plans, conduct drills, and coordinate with relevant authorities during security incidents or emergencies.

+ Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the facility and devise strategies to mitigate them.

+ Deliver security awareness training to facility personnel, covering topics such as safeguarding sensitive information, incident reporting, and maintaining a secure environment.

+ Maintain precise security records, incident reports, and documentation as required by both BAE Systems and governmental agencies.

+ Serve as a liaison for security-related matters with law enforcement agencies and other pertinent stakeholders.

+ Plan and execute investigations from initiation to conclusion.

+ Compile comprehensive and accurate reports summarizing investigation outcomes.

+ Manage multiple cases concurrently, ensuring timely progress and resolution.

+ Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

+ Exhibit proven leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills.

+ Possess a strong understanding of compliance programs and their integration into business operations.

+ Demonstrate the capacity to make complex decisions independently.

+ Function effectively under pressure and in stressful emergency situations.

+ Showcase the ability to create innovative solutions that foster exceptional collaborative environments.

+ Develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally.

+ Oversee the direct supervision of security personnel.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

+ Previous experience with DISS, NISS, and SIMS.

+ Facility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certificate (via CDSE).

+ Familiarity with system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.

+ Prior experience in developing and coordinating security programs, projects, best practices, and plans that enhance the security mission and strategies addressing various issues, including crisis management, privacy, and physical security.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $164,010.

Please note: This range is based on market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
