- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, including cGMPs, FDA, DEA, EPA, and state and local regulations.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, engineering, business) and at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business plans, manage financial performance, and drive growth and profitability.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMPs, FDA, DEA, EPA, and state and local regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $225,000-$280,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
