We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work as a member of a direct care team to provide support and guidance to residents
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds
- A competitive hourly rate of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans
