We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work as a member of a direct care team to provide support and guidance to residents
Requirements:
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds

  • A competitive hourly rate of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
  • A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
