About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Operations Manager to spearhead daily functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This key role involves overseeing administrative tasks, implementing efficient workflows, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including maintenance, equipment management, office cleaning, uniform supply, IT support, landscaping, snow removal, and vendor management.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers to secure optimal services and rates.
  • Collaborate with the IT vendor to ensure all necessary services and equipment are provided.
  • Support payroll-related duties and serve as a backup when needed.
  • Source and procure office and plant supplies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offer letters.
  • Assist with employee benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations, and renewals.
  • Support performance management procedures for supervisors and employees.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations, onboarding, and record updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of workstation inventory and replacement plans.
  • Develop and maintain work procedures for the organization.
  • Serve as a resource and leader for staff, supervisors, and managers.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Oversee organization of office storage rooms.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a private company setting.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and punctuality.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
