As a Property Accountant, you will be an integral part of our accounting team, ensuring financial accuracy and working closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accuracy: Perform daily accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, property managers, and other members of the accounting team to manage financial details.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Additional Duties: Take on any other tasks assigned to support the accounting department and the broader organization.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and a quick learner of other software.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
