The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that all transactions reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.

This role also involves managing the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, facilitating a smooth and timely rental and return experience.


The starting compensation for this role is $20 per hour.

Shift Availability: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner

Deliver superior customer service by effectively communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services, including optional protection products and upgrades

Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and service inquiries

Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, providing resolutions for customers and collaborating with other branches and vendors

Make outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks

Evaluate the condition of rentals upon return

Inform management of any customer issues or vehicle maintenance needs

Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational programs

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required

A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative support is necessary


Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.


Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
