Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract and Resource Management: Negotiate and oversee contracts, draft detailed agreements, and judiciously allocate resources, including workforce, equipment, and materials, while maintaining strict budgetary control.
  • Project Coordination: Direct and manage subcontractors, meticulously plan construction phases, and create schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project progress, financial projections, and costs, delivering precise forecasts of revenue and profitability.
  • Quality and Safety Assurance: Implement and uphold rigorous Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and safety standards to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Communication and Reporting: Evaluate project progress, prepare comprehensive reports, and manage the Submittal Review process to facilitate seamless collaboration among subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager with a deep understanding of construction practices, materials, project management principles, and relevant software.
