Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

Allegiance Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from concept to closeout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with General Contractors on both commercial and residential construction projects, managing all phases of construction from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflow.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adapt to changing conditions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager working with a General Contractor, with a mix of commercial and residential projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
  • OSHA certification (preferred).
