About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Experience Manager to join our team at Better Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of our luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience Management: Oversee and optimize guest arrivals and departures, property management, event preparation, and service delivery to ensure a world-class experience.
  2. Operations Management: Develop and implement procedures for improving workflow efficiency and quality control across all services offered, utilizing KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  3. HR and Vendor Management: Oversee the HR department, including company culture, events, bonuses, and commissions, as well as manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead onsite and remote customer support and operations teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with guests, owners, and partners to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: A college degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in luxury hospitality, property management, or a related field, with a focus on guest services and operations management.
  • Skills: Strong management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to company culture, and a positive, committed work ethic. Proficiency in programs such as PMS & Dispatching Tools, QuickBooks, Google Sheets/Drive, DocuSign, CRM, BambooHR, and Google G Suite and Calendar.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 to $120,000 based on experience and achievement.
  • Bonus: 15% personal bonus paid every month, subject to management approval and monthly goals.
  • Benefits: Paid time off, mileage reimbursement, phone and internet reimbursement, two days of remote work, 401K with a 3% match, and health, dental, and vision insurance shared costs.
