We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our busy sales team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and continuously developing product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority.

Compensation and Benefits

  • You will be paid a commission on each sale and gross profit with a minimum guarantee.
  • Volume performance bonuses and back-end commissions will be offered.
  • Your earning potential is unlimited, with the opportunity to earn between $75,000 to $250,000.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships with clients to build long-term business partnerships.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority, with in-depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the role every day.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience is required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends is necessary.
  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit are preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new product information and improve sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
