We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our busy sales team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and continuously developing product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority.
Compensation and Benefits
- You will be paid a commission on each sale and gross profit with a minimum guarantee.
- Volume performance bonuses and back-end commissions will be offered.
- Your earning potential is unlimited, with the opportunity to earn between $75,000 to $250,000.

Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships with clients to build long-term business partnerships.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority, with in-depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the role every day.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is required.
- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends is necessary.
- A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit are preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new product information and improve sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
