Job Summary
Clinical Program Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of nurse residency programs within healthcare systems. As a Clinical Coordinator Nurse Residency Program for CHI Saint Joseph Health System, you will be responsible for providing site-level leadership and coordination to the program. This includes collaborating with the Nurse Residency Program Director, facility leaders, and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate the program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Bld and maintain program standards, structure, curriculum, policy and processes that support resident progression, program sustainability and nurse retention.
  • Plan, implement, evaluate, and revise program standards, structure, curriculum, policy and processes for the program.
  • Implement standards for measurable, realistic program outcomes with timelines and accountabilities.
  • Deploy standardized processes and structures for holding self and others at the site accountable to program KPIs.
  • Partner with site leadership to ensure processes and structures are deployed consistently to guarantee expectations for performance are established and accountability is maintained.
  • Develop and support site faculty and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure principles of CommonSpirit Health's mission, nursing vision, values, DEIB, PEX, and professional development are delivered.
  • Facilitate and ensure use of technology to support all aspects of the program, including the use of virtual methods.
  • Support the systematic and purposeful collection and dissemination of data and information.
  • Ensure that ongoing assessments of resident and preceptor's knowledge, skills, and practice gaps are performed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in the acute care setting
  • Minimum 2 years clinical teaching experience
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure
  • Coursework or degree or certification in adult learning or nursing education

Estimated Salary
$95,000 - $110,000 per year
