About the Role:

The Resident Care Associate is a vital member of our team at Trilogy Health Services, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
  • Support meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
  • Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintain communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
  • Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable and assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High School / GED
  • 0-1 years of experience
