**Responsibilities:
- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, assessing patient needs, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Foster strong relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive care and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Train and Mentor Nursing Staff: Share expertise and knowledge with junior colleagues, promoting professional growth and development within the department.
**Requirements:
- Clinical Experience: Possess at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Licensure and Certification: Hold an active Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent compact state licensure, along with Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
