Client Services Representative

Job Summary:
The Client Services Representative is responsible for processing new accounts, onboarding new brokers, and providing exceptional customer service to assigned representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new account openings, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Work with clearing brokers and custodians to obtain rep codes and open new accounts
- Provide timely and effective customer service through regular communication with assigned reps
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all reps and client accounts
- Assist reps in preparing and maintaining client forms
- Prepare mailings to clients and reps
Requirements:
- Financial services and/or operations experience preferred
- Ability to obtain Series 6/63 license within 6 months of hire
- Prior experience working with clearing broker relationships/systems desirable
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
