Job Summary:

The Client Services Representative is responsible for processing new accounts, onboarding new brokers, and providing exceptional customer service to assigned representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new account openings, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Work with clearing brokers and custodians to obtain rep codes and open new accounts
  • Provide timely and effective customer service through regular communication with assigned reps
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all reps and client accounts
  • Assist reps in preparing and maintaining client forms
  • Prepare mailings to clients and reps

Requirements:

  • Financial services and/or operations experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain Series 6/63 license within 6 months of hire
  • Prior experience working with clearing broker relationships/systems desirable
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products

Work Environment:
