Water Resource Project Leader

Job Overview

Allan Myers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Water Resource Project Leader who is passionate about achieving excellence in every undertaking.

Key Responsibilities:


As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the planning and execution of significant civil construction projects, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and safely.

Your role will involve collaborating with a team committed to delivering quality work that positively impacts our communities.

Specific duties include:

  • Formulating comprehensive plans and timelines in conjunction with the Project Team to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Verifying that strategies enhance productivity, uphold quality, reduce expenses, and prioritize safety.
  • Monitoring project progress and directing personnel to maintain adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Managing financial aspects of the project, including profit and loss statements.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through transparent communication and team motivation.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • FE or PE certification is a plus.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license.
