Position Overview

As a Project Engineer within our Water and Wastewater Engineering Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing engineering design documents, specifications, cost assessments, models, and reports for water and sewer initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water distribution and sewer collection systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline
  • EIT certification required; PE certification preferred
  • Experience in developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water/sewer pipeline projects for public entities
  • Familiarity with project permitting processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience with OpenRoads Designer is a plus
  • Knowledge of water and/or sewer modeling is advantageous
  • Experience in designing pumping, treatment, and/or storage facilities is beneficial
