- Offer support and direction to laboratory staff throughout the procurement process.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, business application software, and procurement systems.
- A collaborative team member capable of thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, effective communicator, organized, and focused on customer service.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with a professional demeanor.
- Experience in customer service, strong IT capabilities, and knowledge of databases and ordering systems.
- Familiarity with Ariba is an advantage.
