About the Role

Pacaso is seeking a seasoned Director of Procurement and Supply Chain to join our Home Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategy that drives business growth and profitability.

As a strategic leader, you will oversee procurement processes from end-to-end, including vendor qualification, purchase order processing, and reconciliation. You will also be responsible for managing logistics and onboarding operations across multiple continents, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and successful onboarding to meet project requirements.

You will build and manage relationships with key vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with financial and operational audits. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, implementing software solutions to track data and drive financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, with a strong background in supply chain operations, procurement, and logistics. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, able to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategy that drives business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee procurement processes from end-to-end, including vendor qualification, purchase order processing, and reconciliation.
  • Manage logistics and onboarding operations across multiple continents, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and successful onboarding to meet project requirements.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, and logistics, including leadership roles in fast-growing startups.
  • B.S./B.A. degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or other related degree programs. MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building data-driven organizations.
  • Strong background in process development, with a strong systems mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
