Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following approved recipes and production standards.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, and track product production, consumption, and waste.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a sous chef or lead cook required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
