As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing missional projects through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, reporting on progress, and aligning with team objectives. You will also serve as a liaison in communication between teams on projects and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Champion missional projects through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, reporting on progress, and aligning with team objectives
* Serve as a liaison in communication between teams on projects and across the organization
* Provide event support through logistics, planning, and communication
* Serve Kingdom One ministry clients with PM support and services as part of the Project Management Talent Group
* Organize and calendar meetings for the Executive Leadership Team
* Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and event planning during travel
* Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management, credit card reconciliation, and additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of Executive Assistant and/or Project Management experience working in a variety of industries from church, non-profit, and marketplace
* Flexibility to travel with COO/CVO on a monthly basis or more frequently, as needed
* Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
* Detail-oriented project manager who loves to serve people and work on a team, is collaborative, and is organized
* Prioritizes communication, is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
* Technology savvy and comfortable with using a variety of systems, including MS Office or G-Suite
* HR background is advantageous, but not required
* Heart for serving the church, loves Jesus, and is excited to grow the capital \"C\" church
