Administrative Workflow Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Workflow Coordinator to join our team at Williams Lea Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support tasks, including answering phone lines, providing customer service, editing documents, data entry, and content/asset management.
- Use established procedures, standards, and formats to complete administrative requests to client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems and help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client.
- Perform quality assurance on work of others, as requested, and adhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policies.
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner and maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with other software programs for providing administrative support.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and complete all projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy, and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
