About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Transplant National Sales Director to lead our pharmaceutical sales team at IQVIA, Inc. In this critical role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a nationwide team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sales plans to meet business targets.
  • Direct and mentor a team of sales professionals across the country.
  • Coach and counsel District Managers on product knowledge, core selling messages, and best practices.
  • Identify, recruit, and select top talent to join our Key Account Management team.
  • Manage performance reviews, address personnel issues, and make informed decisions regarding employee matters.
  • Deliver sales results that align with client expectations and project goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and IQVIA for all operational and HR-related matters.
  • Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting the impact of our sales efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; an MBA is a plus.
  • No less than 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience.
  • 3+ years of transplant experience.
  • Bone marrow transplant experience is a plus.
  • Contracting and CSO experience is also desired.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a national pharmaceutical sales team.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with strong technical abilities.
