Job Opportunity at JCDecaux North America

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Coordinator to support our National Account Executives in their daily sales activities. This is a full-time position based in our New York office, with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with clients, ad agencies, and vendors.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients, ad agency personnel, and vendors to secure contracts, directives/instructions, and creatives on a daily basis
  • Correspond with clients and agencies on all aspects of the sales process
  • Facilitate sales processes through internal departments and make timely decisions on ad programs for mall/street furniture products
  • Run reports for Account Executives and management
  • Provide client responses under the direction of sales executives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous office experience desired but not required
