Gentiva Personal Care is seeking a skilled Healthcare Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to generate referrals for our personal home care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to promote our personal home care services.
- Conduct learning events and presentations to educate referral partners about our services and understand their business needs.
- Conduct care consultation meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present solutions to generate new client admissions.
- Collaborate with branch staff and field sales resources to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist with the timely processing of client billing by obtaining necessary documents and submitting them to the branch.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role in the healthcare industry (preferably in home health, hospice, or a related field).
- Experience as a Healthcare Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Medical Sales Executive, or similar role is highly desirable.
