Office Administrator Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Drafting correspondences and other formal documents
- Greeting and assisting onsite guests
- Scheduling appointments with potential and existing clients
- Assisting and eventually taking charge of human resources, payroll processing, compliance, and any applicable projects
- Developing and implementing organized filing systems
- Performing all other office tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields preferred but willing to train a student or recent graduate with a degree in Legal, Human Resources, Business or other related fields
- Must be highly organized – this is a requirement
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as health insurance and 401k benefits. This is a full-time career position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
