Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and travel
• Develop and implement office procedures to ensure efficiency

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and administrative work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
