Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

At DEMDACO, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our product lines at the retail level, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and sell DEMDACO product lines to retail partners
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, RSM, and internal staff
  • Communicate effectively and timely regarding sales and marketing issues
  • Report on a weekly basis regarding territory successes, issues, and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Outside sales experience selling business-to-business, preferably in the gift industry
  • Understanding of the sales process, including needs assessment, qualifying, contracting, and follow-up
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to customer needs and provide excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn DEMDACO sales practices and technology tools
  • Experience with independent retail and regional key accounts
  • Sound decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
