Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is in search of a Sales Operations Specialist. This role will primarily support our expanding operations.

Please note that this position will involve collaboration across multiple locations.


While experience in family entertainment venues is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite – we welcome your application.

Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Specialist will assist in managing group sales, including catering services, event spaces, and banquet facilities under the guidance of the Senior Sales Manager.

This role will focus on markets such as social, military, educational, religious, and fraternal events, as well as birthday celebrations and corporate gatherings during peak periods.

The Sales Operations Specialist will advocate for clients to ensure seamless event execution.


Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, in-person visits, and online channels related to the booking process.
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and culinary teams.
- Prepare sales-related documentation throughout the sales cycle (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
- Meet with prospective clients in the absence of Sales Managers.
- Conduct site tours for potential clients.
- Input group bookings into the reservation system.
- Maintain the highest standards of product and service quality.
- Design, upload, extract, and manage customer databases.
- Generate daily sales reports for the Senior Sales Manager.
- Ensure all documentation produced by the Sales Department is accurate and timely.
- Finalize all paperwork in the reservation system.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or management.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
