Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment for staff, and maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute menus in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain recipes and ensure consistency in food preparation.
  • Ensure team members deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure show-quality standards are met.
  • Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
  • Ensure all security, safety, and sanitation standards are achieved.
  • Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs and desired targets.
  • Mentor Sous Chefs to improve their skills and leadership abilities.
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products.
  • Effective communication skills with management, guests, and team members.
  • Team building and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
