Account Executive

The Sports Facilities Companies is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our optimization team, you will be responsible for refining strategic optimization plans and implementing optimization strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Represent clients in critical meetings with public officials, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions and negotiations related to partnership terms
- Present financial forecasts, economic impact analyses, and other documents to support client projects
- Convene qualified resources to problem solve, add value, and enhance results
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability and transparency
- Work closely with finance teams to forecast expenditures and manage cash flow
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating regular meetings and communication
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project timeline, budget, or quality
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication of project benefits
- Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities development, project finance, construction, and development, or infrastructure and finance-related fields
- Prior presentation experience with public sector clients, institutional level decision makers, and financing sources
- Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, municipal financial acumen, and ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment
- Moderate travel throughout the US and limited international travel
- Will be required to sit for extended periods operating a computer, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 lbs
