Instructional Leadership Coach

Aspire Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Instructional Leadership Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and committed group of educators who are dedicated to preparing our scholars for success in college, career, and life.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with school leaders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance instructional practices.
- Provide coaching and support to teachers to improve their instructional skills and increase student achievement.
- Develop and implement professional development programs to enhance teacher capacity and improve student outcomes.
- Work with teachers to design and implement curriculum and instructional materials that align with state and national standards.
- Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers to improve their instructional practices.
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders to build a collaborative and supportive school culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a teacher or administrator.
- CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
- Expertise in elementary and/or secondary Common Core State Standards.
- Deep knowledge of curriculum development and program design.
- Ability to design systems for standards, curriculum, instruction, and assessment alignment that result in higher student achievement.
- Knowledge of adult learning and professional development frameworks.
- Demonstrated command of the intricacies of instruction-assessment cycle and ability to apply this knowledge to cohesive CIA development.
- Demonstrated ability to build adult capacity.
- Ability to manage projects including development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to communicate proactively, effectively, and provide and act on feedback.
