ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be capable of fulfilling all physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable adjustments. Below is a summary of the physical requirements:

  • Ability to move around to complete tasks and transition between locations
  • Comfortable working with young children, including activities that involve sitting, standing, and running
  • Ability to navigate safely on uneven surfaces

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging students in social-emotional learning and physical education activities
  • Ensuring compliance with instructional time requirements
  • Facilitating and participating in student games and activities
  • Supervising various group activities, including games and snack distribution
  • Creating a secure learning environment while employing effective behavior management techniques
  • Communicating effectively with parents and staff
  • Utilizing modern technology competently
  • Serving as a positive role model for students
  • Providing exceptional service to students and school personnel
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development preferred
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Completion of required training
