About the Role:

The Credentialing Program Coordinator at OhioHealth plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of credentialing processes. This position applies the principles of credentialing following the Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards or NCQA accreditation standards to independently analyze and review discrepancies within the initial application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply credentialing principles to analyze and review discrepancies within the initial application process.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards or NCQA accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve credentialing issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and staff.
