About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management, Away From Home to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies across our Away From Home channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and customer behavior
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize trade investments
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and category managers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in revenue growth management, pricing, and promotion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
