Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and integrate analytics, business intelligence, and trade investment allocation of resources.
- Lead the development of best practices and pricing and promotion principles to optimize retailer-level pricing and trade investment.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Finance, Category Management, Business Planning, and the Kellanova USA Revenue Management teams to drive trade efficiency and business understanding.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience applying analytical tools, frameworks, and leading practices to existing business problems and uncovering incremental opportunities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including to executive functional leadership and field teams.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams and cross-functional leadership.
- Knowledge of economic/financial concepts, including price elasticity, pricing thresholds, trade rate, net sales, gross profit, econometrics, and shopper behavior metrics.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana, shopper loyalty, space management, CRM, ERP, etc.
