As a Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management at Kellanova, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing and promotion strategies across our North America Away From Home Channels. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics, business intelligence, and trade investment allocation of resources
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize pricing and promotion strategies
- Manage and prioritize business issues and effectively manage resources to meet Kellanova's business needs
- Partner with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Finance, Category Management, Business Planning, and the Kellanova USA Revenue Management teams to drive trade efficiency and business understanding
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience applying analytical tools, frameworks, and leading practices to existing business problems and uncovering incremental opportunities
- Ability to understand and explain complex methodologies and outcomes in ways customers can apply
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including to executive functional leadership and field teams
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams and cross-functional leadership
- Knowledge of economic/financial concepts, including price elasticity, pricing thresholds, trade rate, net sales, gross profit, econometrics, and shopper behavior metrics
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana, shopper loyalty, space management, CRM, ERP, etc.
