Digital Product Manager Lead

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager Lead to drive strategic initiatives in Commercial Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a significant impact across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. You will work closely with our technology and business teams to develop software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Work closely with technology teams to develop software solutions that drive business growth.
- Make strategic decisions that impact the business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital product development processes and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with technology teams to develop software solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management focused on ABL or related financial products.
- Deep understanding of ABL products, including product functionality, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience driving business process optimization and database modernization efforts.
- Familiarity with digital product development processes and agile methodologies.
Work Location:
Wells Fargo has multiple locations across the United States. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at one of our locations.
