Systems Development Manager, ADC, Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Development Manager to lead our team of cross-functional engineers in the Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. This role is responsible for driving the strategic vision and technical direction of our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Define and implement technical strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable infrastructure software and distributed systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
