About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions for our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud.
  • Help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers through your passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions.
  • Mobilize resources within AWS and work with our extensive partner network to shape and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within our enterprise customers.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data & analytics.
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
  • Experience working with end-user or developer communities.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
