Job Summary:

The Commercial Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our regional field sales teams. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative support to the field sales team, including answering calls, managing sales supplies, and coordinating logistics.
  2. Act as a liaison between field sales, patient access, TCMC, and local fulfillment centers to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Monitor referral platforms, fax queues, and emails for new referrals and orders, and communicate with patient access accordingly.
  4. Facilitate team calls to review referral activity and status of pending patients, ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Establish platforms within TEAMS to enhance overall communication among team members.
  6. Coordinate and schedule internal and external commercial meetings, preparing necessary materials and handling logistics.
  7. Create therapy-specific customer packets for territory managers to facilitate effective communication.
  8. Interface directly with customers and referral partners to resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in an office setting/environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Office Management and experience working with Leadership a plus
  • Healthcare or Medical field background required
