Commercial Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Commercial Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our regional field sales teams. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the field sales team, including answering calls, managing sales supplies, and coordinating logistics.
- Act as a liaison between field sales, patient access, TCMC, and local fulfillment centers to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor referral platforms, fax queues, and emails for new referrals and orders, and communicate with patient access accordingly.
- Facilitate team calls to review referral activity and status of pending patients, ensuring timely resolution.
- Establish platforms within TEAMS to enhance overall communication among team members.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external commercial meetings, preparing necessary materials and handling logistics.
- Create therapy-specific customer packets for territory managers to facilitate effective communication.
- Interface directly with customers and referral partners to resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an office setting/environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Office Management and experience working with Leadership a plus
- Healthcare or Medical field background required
