About the Role:

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our regional field sales teams. This role will be responsible for various administrative tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering calls, managing sales supplies, and coordinating logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between field sales, patient access, TCMC, and local fulfillment centers.
  • Monitor referral platforms, fax queues, and emails for new referrals and orders.
  • Communicate with patient access and notify them of referrals in process, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Facilitate team calls to review referral activity and status of pending patients.
  • Establish platforms within TEAMS to enhance overall communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external commercial meetings, preparing necessary materials and handling logistics.
  • Create therapy-specific customer packets for territory managers.
  • Interface directly with customers and referral partners when necessary.
  • Transmit pertinent documents and reports to referral partners.
  • Send acknowledgement and appreciation messages to healthcare provider offices after receiving a referral.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in an office setting/environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Office Management and experience working with Leadership a plus
  • Healthcare or Medical field background required
