Quality Supply Chain Coop, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and the Leadership Team.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendar of the President & CEO, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal, interdepartmental meetings, such as senior leadership team meetings.
  • Review and process expense reports for the President & CEO.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support and administrative roles.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
