Job Overview

Facet is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our Marketing & Growth initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position plays a vital role in the effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, optimizing operational workflows, and fostering customer engagement through tailored customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Execute Customer Journeys: Develop personalized customer journeys that guide prospects through the marketing funnel, ensuring a cohesive experience from initial interaction to conversion.
  • Design Marketing Automation Initiatives: Create and implement advanced marketing automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, outreach, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee Template and Asset Creation: Direct the strategy and development of a comprehensive suite of templates for all marketing communications, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.
  • Implement Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and assess the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and customer journeys, providing regular insights and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Enhance Operational Processes: Continuously assess and refine marketing operations processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize Landing Page Experiences: Ensure all landing pages are optimized for search engines, responsive design, and mobile usability, while executing a roadmap for ongoing experimentation to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Integrate Marketing Technology Tools: Work with the Website team to identify and integrate top-performing marketing technology tools that support comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
  • Lead Growth Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead segment-specific growth marketing strategies, including referral programs and nurturing campaigns for aged leads.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in marketing operations, focusing on marketing automation, customer journey design, and campaign management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation and Benefits:
