Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and innovative B2B Martech Capability Lead to spearhead our B2B technology initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing technologies, particularly in platforms like Marketo, as well as proficiency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation strategies. You will play a crucial role in implementing MarTech solutions that yield significant outcomes for our clients. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Audience Team Leaders and operates remotely with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership for the B2B MarTech division, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.
  2. MarTech Development: Design and execute tailored MarTech solutions for B2B clients, utilizing platforms such as Marketo to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  3. ABM Implementation: Oversee the creation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technology offerings, focusing on audience segmentation, personalized content development, and targeted outreach strategies.
  4. Client Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant to clients, offering expert insights on MarTech strategies, technology investments, and optimization tactics to maximize ROI.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns and exceptional client experiences.
  6. Market Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in B2B MarTech, assessing new technologies and methodologies to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive advantage.
  7. Performance Analysis: Establish key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the success of MarTech initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in developing effective MarTech strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Proficiency in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, including campaign management, audience segmentation, and analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and strategies clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

Additional Information:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $163,000-$263,350, based on various factors including experience and skills. This position also qualifies for discretionary incentive compensation.
